Dr Kandane-Rathnayake is a Senior Researcher in the Rheumatology group, Centre for Inflammatory Diseases, School of Clinical Sciences at Monash University. She is an epidemiologist-biostatistician with ≥10 years of experience in public health and clinical research. Dr Kandane-Rathnayake is an expert on clinical quality registries and has worked in several registries and longitudinal cohort studies across a broad-spectrum of diseases. Dr Kandane-Rathnayake is a passionate researcher who enjoys story telling through data science.
